- Check In/Out Times
- Guests are welcome to check into their rooms anytime after 3:00pm. If you anticipate arriving after 8:00pm, simply give us a call and we can make arrangements to leave a key in your room.
- Checkout time is 11:30am
- Cancellation Policy:
- Change in plans? We understand. If we are informed of your change in plans 14 days prior to your reservation date, we will gladly cancel your reservation, less a $20 fee, per room. Any reservation cancelled within 14 days of the reservation date, guests are responsible for any nights that cannot be resold.
- 30 day advanced notice is required for cancelled reservations scheduled over holidays and scheduled events.
- If a change in plans should arise, please notify us as soon as possible via telephone. That way we can clarify and confirm all details without any confusion.
We do not make cancellations through email.
- Room Occupancy:
- Our rates are based upon single/double occupancy. $20 for each additional person.
- Visitors must be arranged through the office.
- For our guests comfort, all of our units are non-smoking, as well as the main porch.
- Children:
- Children 15 years and older are welcome (May - October)
All ages welcome (November - April)
- Pet Policy:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this time.
